Trading rules

The full rulebook. Nothing hidden.

Clear, transparent rules with no hidden rules. A short list of things to follow — and everything else is yours to trade.

These rules apply to accounts opened from 20 August 2026. Opened your account before then? Nothing changes — you keep the exact rulebook you started with.
The rules

Rules you follow

Three rules that separate a trader from a gambler. The 60% profit cap and trading-day rule are counting rules, never a breach. Your daily and maximum drawdown limits are below.

01

No hedging

One direction per pair. You can’t hold a buy and a sell on the same pair at the same time.

This can breach your account.

02

Hold every trade at least 60 seconds

Close a trade by hand faster than 60 seconds and the account ends. A take-profit or stop-loss that closes under 60 seconds gives you 4 warnings — profit removed each time — then ends the account on the 5th.

A manual fast-close breaches straight away.

03

Open trades stay within 1.5%

Your open trades can lose at most 1.5% of your account at the same time — $75 on a $5,000 account. Reach that and the account ends. Close losing trades early instead of holding and hoping.

Checked live, like your drawdown.

04

One trade counts toward max 60% of your target

Your target is the profit you need. If your target is $1,000, one trade can count up to $600 toward it. Go over that and the trade’s entire profit is removed — not just the amount over it — and noted on the trade in your history. It never breaches you.

We check this only when you close the trade.

05

Trade on a few days before you withdraw

Only for 1-Step and 2-Step. Place one trade on any 3 days. They do not need to be together.

This rule can never breach your account. Cobra Venom and Premium Instant need zero days.

Loss limits

Your drawdown limits

The standard loss limits every funded account has. Both are equity-based — open trades count too.

Daily drawdown

4% – 8%

Resets each day from your starting balance. 4% on Instant & 1-Step, 8% on 2-Step. Cross it and the account breaches.

Example: a $10,000 account with a 4% daily limit can be down up to $400 in a single day.

Maximum loss

6% – 12%

The hard floor from your starting balance — it never resets. 6% on Instant & 1-Step, 12% on 2-Step.

Example: a $10,000 account with a 6% max loss can never let equity fall below $9,400.

Measured on equity, so floating profit and loss count — cross either line even for a second and the account breaches.

No hidden rules

Everything else is your style

No martingale rule, no grid rule, no consistency rule. Trade however you want, inside your limits. We never breach you for profit.

FAQ

Common questions

Do Instant accounts have minimum trading days?

No. Cobra Venom and Premium Instant have zero minimum days — only 1-Step and 2-Step evaluations need a few active trading days before payout.

Is drawdown on balance or equity?

Equity. Open trades count, so floating profit and loss affect your breach status in real time.

Is the 60% cap on account size or target?

Your profit or withdrawal target — not account size. A $1,000 target means one trade counts up to $600 toward it. Profit above that is removed at close and noted on the trade in your history.

Can I trade news and hold over weekends?

Yes, both are allowed. Drawdown limits still apply, and weekend gaps count toward equity.

Do you have a consistency rule?

No. One trade can carry most of your result — the only limit on profit is the 60% single-trade cap, and that is a counting cap, not a breach.

What is the 1.5% floating loss rule?

Your open trades can lose at most 1.5% of your account at the same time. On a $5,000 account that is $75. We check it live, the same way your drawdown is checked — so close a losing trade early instead of holding and hoping. One bad hold can’t end your account by surprise.

Is hedging allowed?

No. You can’t hold a buy and a sell on the same pair at the same time — one direction per pair. Trading many different pairs at once is fine.

Do I have to set a stop loss?

No, but it is strongly recommended. The 1.5% floating loss limit is checked live while your trades are open, so a stop loss is the easiest way to make sure your open loss never reaches the line while you are away from the screen.

What if my stop loss gets skipped in fast news?

Your daily and maximum drawdown limits are measured on equity, so a gap that moves your equity counts. The 1.5% floating loss limit is also live. Leave room under the limits before major news rather than relying on a stop being filled at the exact level you set.

Does it count while the trade is still open?

Yes — it is a live limit. The moment your open trades are losing more than 1.5% of your account at once, the account ends. Your daily and max drawdown limits still apply on top.

Is the 1.5% of my balance or my target?

Your account starting size. $500 account → $7.50. $5,000 → $75. $10,000 → $150. (The separate 60% counting cap is measured on your target, not balance.)

Are bots or copy trading allowed?

Trading must be placed manually. Automated bots, EAs, and copy trading are reviewed before payout.

What happens when an account breaches?

The account status becomes breached, open positions are closed, and further trading is stopped.

Every rule that can breach your account is on this page. No hidden rules, no surprises at payout.

Exact drawdown and target numbers for each account are shown on the accounts page.
